Set your own limits

The simplest way to stay in control is to decide your boundaries before you play, not during. 777in lets you set limits directly in your account settings:

• Deposit limits — cap how much you can add to your wallet per day, week or month.
• Session reminders — get a gentle prompt after a set amount of play time.
• Loss limits — set a ceiling on losses over a chosen period.

Limits can be lowered at any time and take effect immediately. Increases include a short waiting period, so a limit always means something.

Take a break — cooling-off periods

If you'd like to step away for a while, you can activate a cooling-off period that temporarily locks you out of real-money play — from 24 hours up to several weeks. Your account stays safe and your balance untouched; you simply can't place bets until the period ends.

Self-exclusion

For a longer break, self-exclusion suspends your account for an extended period — typically six months or more. During self-exclusion you won't be able to log in to play, and we'll stop sending you promotional messages. To begin, contact support and our team will guide you through it confidentially.

Recognising the signs

Gambling may be becoming a problem if you notice any of these in yourself or someone you know:

• Spending more time or money than you intended, or chasing losses.
• Borrowing money, or neglecting work, study or family to play.

• Hiding how much you play, or playing to escape stress or low moods.
